These terms govern use of Chargeback Buddy, provided by watermelon technologies. By installing or using the app, the merchant agrees to these terms.

Service and merchant responsibility

The app assists with evidence collection and document preparation. It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a dispute will be won. Merchants must review every submission for accuracy, authority, and compliance before sending it to a bank, payment provider, or customer.

Acceptable use

Merchants must not upload unlawful material, submit false or misleading evidence, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use the app in violation of Shopify’s terms or applicable law.

Plans and billing

Paid charges are processed through Shopify. Current prices and plan limits are displayed in Shopify and in the app. Merchants can change plans in the billing page; Shopify controls approval, proration, and charge processing.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, third-party outages, and changes to Shopify or payment networks can affect availability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the previous twelve months.

Termination and contact

A merchant may stop using the service by uninstalling it and cancelling any applicable plan. We may suspend abusive or unlawful use. Questions can be sent to saad2582@gmail.com.
